This Shouldn’t Happen

Using my tablet, I was searching for some ideas on organizing four boxes of embroidery floss, and saw this image:

I click the title of the image, and am redirected to a website, where I see this:

Annoying, but okay. I rotate my tablet, and now:

(Hits website with a rolled up newspaper) NO! BAD!

Responsive web design is definitely a thing. The overwhelming majority of websites should be device-orientation agnostic, with few exceptions. Browser-based games that can be played on a tablet, for example. The error page on this website should have been viewable without rotating the screen.
